Stikipad disappeared - like magic Web | (0)
I used Stikipad a while back, but after a while got fed up with their poor service, down time and bugs. I wisely moved all my stuff off. It's a good thing too, as it appears their site is in the process of moving data centers. I believe it's been moving for around 2 months and there are a bunch of unhappy people who didn't back up important data. There hasn't been a word from the creators of Stikipad, but a few obvious grumbles on the web. 'tis a shame.

Eco friendly search engine Web | (3)
How can a search engine be eco friendly? According to Blackle, a Google Custom Search, their search site is *more* eco friendly because the screen is predominantly black, which in turn saves energy. Nice thoughtful idea, but it hasn't convinced me enough. Some people like black with white/light text, but for me it just hurts my eyes. I'd rather switch my laptop off a minute earlier...goodnight.

3D email software - for real? Web | (0)
I just came across 3D Mailbox (via AtomicShed). I honestly thought it was a joke at first, especially after watching the trailer video they have put on YouTube. I don't know about the rest of you, but who on earth would want to use it?
