		<description>Don't worry about it. It could have happened to any of us. You did your best to make things right and mistakes happen. No harm, no foul. :-)

We all have days like that. I recently accidentally load-tested a production system because I forgot to check that pesky IP setting. When my log files on the test system remained empty, did I check the IP? No, I increased the load and tried again. Twice. Sheepishly I sidled up to the sys admin: "Prod still ticking along?" "Why do you ask?" "uhhhh... no reason..." We got a big laugh out of it in the end, and he was pleased that his prod system took a potentially crippling hit and didn't miss a beat.
